“Pears in Plastic” Wins in Trompe l’oeil Category at Art Renewal Center

With Dario Campanile’s first submission to The Art Renewal Center, one of the largest, most respected fine art websites known, he has placed in the Trompe l’oeil Category (which translates to “photorealistic” style of painting.) Campanile’s realism still-life piece, titled “Pears in Plastic” was painted in 2012 and offers the clear juxtaposition between natural, organic pears and man-made plastic.
